Water as fuel

Recently I started learning about HHO.  HHO is Hydrogen, Hydrogen, Oxygen.  H2O Is the periodic tables way to say “Water”.  Water can be  split  when you add electricity.  “I thought water and electricity don’t mix”  Well I guess they do.  Many people are building little HHO fuel cells and putting them in their cars.  You can put it in a Diesel or gas.  This new fuel cell will sometimes give an additional 50 percent  MPG for any vehicle.  So that means if your car normally get 20 MPG, it can now get 30 MPG.  Dude, from water.  Also, a diesel engine can run on used cooking oil.  Ya, the stuff at a fast food joint or a Chinese restaurant,  An extra tank is needed and the oil needs to be filtered really well. I hope to, this summer, install both fuels in a diesel car.  I want to buy it in a southern state  and drive it home to MA.  Rudolph Diesel, the inventor of the Diesel engine, originally built to run on vegetable oil, not on the what we now know as Diesel fuel.  He would be proud of me I think.
